December Freebies
Can you get enough freebies, I can’t. First of all, I really enjoy creating and sharing with you my work. I am excited to share the following freebies with you. I have also added some of my December and winter-themed products just in case you need more!
First, I made a list of 12 Christmas read alouds, so if you need something special to read, check out this blog post.
Christmas Short Vowel Sort
Looking for a fun way to review medial short vowel sounds? Here’s a great Christmas themed activity for your students to enjoy. Use it as a small group activity or in your literacy center this joyous season! Students will choose a gift card, look at the picture, identify the medial sound and sort it under the correct tree. This freebie also includes a google slides version! Get it in my freebie library or on TpT.
Winter Write the Room
A short write the room activity for students that need practice with rhyming. Includes cards and a recording sheet. The activity is differentiated and includes 2 sets, one with words and one without. Best of all it is winter-themed and perfect to use in December to March featuring kids doing winter activities such as sledding, skating, mittens, and a cute winter stamp! I hope you love it! Get it in my freebie library or on TpT.
And now, I share with you my temporary freebie. Only available for 2020, so get it while you can. It is a Christmas Escape Room!
Here is the premise:
“Dog and Mouse are preparing for Christmas but they need your help so it will be extra merry! Solve the problems, enter them in the google form, so that you can help them get ready for Christmas!
Keep the slides and form open.
Follow the directions on the slide and add the secret code to the form.”
