We can all probably agree that it is marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) where the ability to adapt and pivot is crucial. Thinking about the world we are getting our students ready for makes me excited but it also is a constant reminder that education must shift if we are the help our students succeed. Beyond adaptability, we must also equip our learners with the ability to envision a better future, granting them a sense of agency in shaping their own destinies.
